Certificate Attestation

Finding a job is a risky factor. Job seekers will go anywhere and everywhere to find a job. Many may go out of the country by getting a job or for searching a job. If you get job outside your country then you have to validate your certificate from the home country. The process of validating the certificate is called attestation.

Types of certificate and attestation process involved.

There are mainly three different types of certificate. They are

• Education Certificate
• Non Education Certificate or Personal Documents
• Commercial Documents or Company Documents

Education Certificate

All certificates issued from Schools, Colleges, Universities and all type of education institution comes under the category of education certificate. These type of certificate has to be attested mainly from the following departments.

• External Affairs or the Ministry of Foreign affairs of the home country
• Embassy attestation of the intent country
• Ministry of foreign affairs of the intent country.

Non Education Certificate or the Personal certificate

Birth Certificate, Marriage certificate, Divorce certificate, Experience Certificate, Personal Power of Attorney all these type of certificate comes under the category of Personal certificate or the Non Education Certificate. This type of certificate undergoes the following type of attestation.

• Ministry of foreign affairs of the intent country.

Commercial Document or Company Document.

All type of document issued from the company on behalf of a company comes under this category.
