On 8th November, 2007, the Memorandum of Association of the company has been amended whereby the company has increased its capital to AED 3,000,000 and upgraded its scope of business by upgrading activity to general trading. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of General Trading with the main focus on foods, Beverages and some commodities.
