RTE was formed in 1988 primarily to supply drilling fluids and services to the Oil and Gas and Water-well industry in the Middle East. The Group is head quartered out of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Other offices in the region include offices and facilities in Dubai, U.A.E; Doha, Qatar; and Kuwait City, Kuwait. Also, we are represented in several other countries in the Levant, Africa and Asia. In a strategic effort to expand into new markets, RTE has joined hands with a number of drilling fluids service and supply companies in the region. These ventures allow us to market combined products, and share experience and technology. RTE also owns and operates SEPICO, an API certified manufacturer of full range of drilling bentonite and barite, as well as a wide range of drilling mud additives. Our range of services also includes RTE oil-field supply center which represents quality manufacturers of specialized oil-field tools and equipment.
