Gulf Sail Galvanizing Factory is located in Industrial City Of Abu Dhabi / Mussafah occupying an area of more than 42,000 m2.It was commissioned on June 2004. It was established to satisfy the local and foreign market demands in Hot Dip Galvanizing technology by providing best quality and service. Gulf Sail Galvanizing Factory has four divisions: Blasting Division, which consists of: * Grit Blasting Chamber Unit. * Automatic Shot Blasting Unit. * Hot Dip Galvanizing Division. * Finishing & Painting Division. * Guardrail Cold Forming Division. Gulf Sail Galvanizing Factory has the deepest and biggest kettle in UAE. The large size of the kettle can galvanize a wide range of steel articles in a single dipping which saves time, money, and best quality. The design kettle throughput of Gulf Sail Galvanizing Factory based on size of Kettle and holding tonnage of molten Zinc is a maximum of 10 tons per hour. It should be noted however, that production capability depends largely on the size and weight of the galvanized articles, and the designed production of 100 tons per day for large steel structures can also been successfully achieved.
