The Project comprises the reconstruction of 4.4 million sqm of built-up area that ensures a wide variety of activities parceled as financial and office complex, commercial centers, hotels, public parks, recreational areas and pedestrian areas that have a superb view of the Mediterranean Sea and of Lebanon’s Mountains. The reconstruction plan also includes all infrastructures, roads, utilities, public spaces and marine works. The reconstruction of the BCD is probably the major urban redevelopment project of the decade.
