It’s highly skilled workforce manages one of the best equipped workshops in the ship docking facility at Al Jadaf, handling complete repairs and refurbishment of vessels, fabrication of small pontoons, barges, panels and civil construction related items as per the standards set by societies such as ABS, BV, DNV, LLOYDS and others. All services under this division are ISO 9001:2000 certified. 24-hour emergency response to oil spills is provided on land and sea with fully trained IMO/OPRC certified technicians, who use the latest equipment like booms, skimmers and ROPME – approved chemicals to tackle oil spills. The Security force protection unit provides waterside protection, using special barrier booms fitted with closed circuit surveillance camera’s that allow monitoring from an onshore base station.
