Scafftag personnel have worked with OSHA in Washington D.C. in the preparation of a draft practice for safety procedures, similarly in Australia and the UK.
Designed for either electrical or mechanical isolations. Two identical halves. The top half is attached to the isolation point, the bottom stapled to the Permit to Work.The isolation is deemed to be removed when both halves are re-attached to each other.
