ETF is developing a new and innovative Mining vehicle.
Emirates Truck factory (FZC) is established in August 2005 under the laws of the Emirate Ras Al Khaimah.
The Government of Ras Al Khaimah issued the Industrial License for the company under number 0199 at 24 August 2005.
In 1995 the first steps for the development of a new mining truck were made by the founder of the company. He experienced the inefficiency of existing large haulage trucks and noticed the need for a new design during his fifteen years stay in Indonesia. After moving to Germany the formal development started, five young engineers and two seasoned engineers started to develop what is now the most modern truck on the market.
In 2005 a joint-venture agreement was made with the Ayenbee group from Pakistan. The engineering activities were moved to the Emirate Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates where also the prototype is constructed.
Innovations:
The founder of ETF started some nine years ago analising the imperfectness of the existing Mining and Construction vehicles. Many interviews with the management of mining companies and operators gave a good picture of what could be improved. ETF is a new player on the market dominated by five large companies. The tag line "Applied technical innovations " is exactly what ETF is all about. Technical innovations with the target to increase productivity and reduce costs.
