We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a facility Maintenance Establishment providing, mainly , Professional Cleaning, Secruity Services, Water Removal and other related Services in United Arab Emirates.
Al Khamis Cleaning Establishment was set up in 1987 to cater to fast expanding and discerning market. With Dedication and hard work it has been possible to develop and establish business relationship that even to date remains in teact. From a very humble start, with less than 10 employees, we now have a work force of over 400 employees.
Our team, comprisiing of trained and motivated workmen and experienced supervisory staff along with all necesssary infrastructural support, ensures that client satisfaction is maintained at very high levels. The healthy growth in number of contracts, employee strength and revenue stands as testimonial to the success of our policy of giving high quality service to the customers.
Work Force
The high standard of the organization have to be delivered during execution of the services. The multi national workforce is trained and tutored to become disciplined cadre to give exactly the same service which is committed to the customers. Our staff are mostly from Top Notch Industries starting from Star Hotels, Banks , Corporates Public and Private Sectors having a workforce of over 400 from different nationalities like India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Nepal , Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philliphnes, Nigeria , Egypt, Jordan, Kamrun all Mid Asian countries
We have been successful due to high standard of our services. This is possible only with constant vigilance and corrective actions over a long period of time. We have invested in employment of good supervisory staff to monitor the work standard of the operations. They independently report to the mangement their field experience. The quality controllers post is designed to tackle very difficult and demanding situations to improve overall quality, effociency , safety and punctuality.
Health Environment and Safety Policy:
We educate and invest in providing proper health environment and safety awareness to all our employees including workmen. We do not compromise on safety regulations and provide the required equipments and devises as per job requirements. Apart from classroom type training we also give on the job training to ensure that specific job requirments are adhered to . The training includes usage of equipment in hygiene standard, colour coding for prevention of cross infection and understanding the appropriate chemicals, its measures ande method of use.
