Dofreeze L.L.C, was setup in Dubai in the year 1999 as a small frozen dough manufacturing company to produce some ethnic products and fill the gap in the UAE market. As Dofreeze is owned and managed by world renowned experts in baking sector the potential for cake was soon discovered and a fully automated production facility was setup in year 2000.
Dofreeze today, with three production lines producing more then 36,000 cakes per hour is one of the leading manufacturers of long shelflife branded cakes in Asia and sells its products to over twenty countries across three continents. Dofreeze maintains highest quality, hygiene and food safety standards at its manufacturing facility according to international standards and also has the HACCP certification.
Dofreeze has divided its business activities into three categories.
* Cakes manufacturing
* Frozen dough manufacturing.
* Trading.
Cake Manufacturing
Dofreeze is manufacturing and selling branded cakes under its “Eurocake” brand in ambient, chilled and frozen categories through a network of distributors and associate companies in more then twenty markets. Besides its own brand, Dofreeze is producing cakes under ‘Dancake’ and ‘Kuchenmeister’ brands for it’s associate companies in Europe and is also producing private label brands for some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the region and continent.
Frozen dough manufacturing
Dofreeze produces several varieties of frozen dough products under its “UNO” brand, besides producing similar products under private label for some large companies for the retail sector. The frozen croissants will be produced under the “Euro Pastry” brand for the hotel, retail and food service sector at its new fully automated frozen dough facility.
Trading
Dofreeze also represents some of its associate companies and some other brands from Europe for the whole of Middle East market. Some of these companies are;
* Cerealia Unibake, manufacturers of premium frozen breads.
* Barbera coffee, premium Italian coffee manufacturer.
