Mass Consult has been providing architectural and engineering services since its founding in 1991. Our mission is to design and supervise projects satisfying our clients according to the international standards and UAE regulations. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to provide quality control for our projects during design and supervision according to the satisfaction of our clients.
Engineer Farouk Mukhallalati has served as Mass Consult’s general manager and owner since 1991. He is the founder of Mass Consult. Mr. Mukhalalati has worked in this field since 1980 in the UAE having graduated from the UK holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
